Adelaide Fashion Week Returns

Adelaide Fashion Week 2024, or ADL Fashion Week 2024, as it’s known, is on! It has just been announced that the festival will be running over the weekend from Friday, 11 – 13 October. The festival debuts two brand new campaigns which capture the essence of the city’s style, people, cultural landmarks and heritage.

Celebrating the diverse range and scope of the state’s fashion, beauty, arts, food, and creative industries the joint campaigns are Sense of Place and Icons Only.

Michael Rossi, head of Marketing and Tourism for the Adelaide Economic Development Agency, explains that the Sense of Place campaign focuses on the places that make Adelaide iconic.

“Seamlessly integrating fashion with the landmarks that form the beating heart of our city, ADL Fashion Week is a celebration of who we are, where we have been and the connection between place and art.”

“From the elegant masterpieces in the Art Gallery of South Australia, to the iconic landmarks of Rundle Mall, to the beauty of the Adelaide Botanic Gardens – the energy of each city location used serves as a backdrop for showcasing the diverse and dynamic fashion culture of Adelaide.”
